Lauren visited our office for a one on one with our team and worked with Simon to show him how to create a monthly social media strategy, including a calendar of what to post and when, what type of captions to use and the type of topics we could talk about to engage and grow our followers.
She also educated Simon in regards to Facebook advertising, how we could utilise it within our business, and how to interpret the results.
For the 3 months following the training day we utilised Lauren as support via phone and email with any questions that we had and also had her create specific Facebook Ad campaigns for us.
